General terms and conditions of the promotion

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the promotional activity “ STARDOG RAINFOREST ” (hereinafter “Event”) will be developed and carried out, through which for each purchase made by Users/Consumers, exceeding TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($280,000), through physical stores or through the website, will create a donation of a tree to the “Stardog Rainforest” on behalf of the Users/Consumers, in order to reforest a tropical forest.

The event is offered directly to consumers of HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS (hereinafter “The Merchant or Hemp”), domiciled at (Calle 93b No. 13-50 Office 101). The merchant is solely and exclusively responsible for organizing the promotion and offering the discount related to the promotion.

  1. Event objective

For purchases in the physical or virtual stores of “ STARDOG LOUNGEWEAR” through any means of payment exceeding TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($280,000), valid from January 1 to October 31, 2022.

The “plant a tree in your name” event means that once users/consumers help plant a tree they will receive the following: (i) GPS location of the tree; (ii) Plantation certificate; (iii) “Newsletters” about the state of the tree and things happening in the forest; (iv) Special discounts in more than SEVEN HUNDRED (700) allied stores in Nagal forest; (v) Photos and Videos of the forest and peasant families; and (vi) Ecotourism in the area, the last two will be valid only for one month.

“The event” only applies during the mentioned days. The winners will be announced on the STARDOG LOUNGWEAR website.

Full payment of the transaction and that it be made with any means of payment will be an essential requirement.

HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS reserves the right to cancel orders that are considered fraudulent.

  1. Events participating in the promotion

This promotion applies to purchases made for a value greater than TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($280,000) COP only from 0:00:00 hours on the first (1) of March 2022 until 23:59:00 hours on the thirtieth and one (31) October 2022 through the website https://stardogloungewear.com/ or the physical store.

 

  1. Requirements to participate

All users who make purchases of any garment and/or accessories exceeding TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($280,000) COP by any means of payment in the events mentioned above during the validity of the promotion that are:

3.1 Over 18 years of age;

3.2 Make your purchase in any physical or virtual store;

3.3. Accept these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of this promotion.

3.4. Provide full name and email in order to inform about the monitoring and growth stage of the corresponding tree.

  1. Event conditions

  • For purchases of any garment and/or accessories exceeding TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS M/C ($280,000). COP in the physical or virtual “STARDOG LOUNGEWEAR” store.

  • Offer valid from 0:00:00 on March 1, 2022 until 23:59:00 on October 31, 2022

  • HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS reserves the right to cancel orders that are considered fraudulent.

  • At the time of completing the purchase, the user is entered into a database, from which the draw will be held once the promotion ends.

  • For exclusive use in physical or virtual “STARDOG LOUNGEWEAR” stores.

  • In the physical store located in the Andino Shopping Center, Carrera 11 No. 82-71 and in the Unicentro Shopping Center, Carrera 15 No. 124-30.

 

  1. Contact persons and logistical problems

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that in the development of this activity there may be logistical problems typical of this type of activities. In the event that such inconveniences arise, the Participant accepts that they will contact HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS directly to the following contact person who will be in charge of providing appropriate support:

The Participant accepts that in the event of eventualities arising in the provision of services by HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS and/or disagreement with the activity, they will try in good faith and to the extent possible directly, and with with a view to continuing to develop a satisfactory business relationship for both parties, resolving any conflict that may arise. HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS and the Participant will be open to solving any conflict or inconvenience through alternative services equivalent to those offered in this Terms and Conditions document.

  1. Generals.

8.1. Territory. - This discount applies only to the territory of Colombia.

8.2. The Participant's acceptance of this promotion implies knowledge and express and unreserved consent of these Terms and Conditions.

8.4. The Participant accepts the terms and conditions of HEMP TEXTILES & CO SAS at the time of purchasing the products.

  1. Restrictions

Only people over 18 years of age, residents or with an address in Colombia may participate in the promotional activity.

The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, nor will it be replaced by cash or any other discount.

The Merchant will immediately suspend the promotional activity, without assuming any responsibility, if crimes, fraud or any irregularity are detected in the way participants participate, or if any circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous event arises. In such case, the general public will be informed of any changes that may occur.

  1. Modification of the terms and conditions

To the extent permitted by Colombian legislation and if necessary, and/or at the discretion of the Merchant, it reserves the right to expand and/or clarify the scope of these Terms and Conditions, and/or any of the procedures, which will be communicated through social networks and the promotion portal.

  1. Applicable law.

The Participants acknowledge and accept that the applicable law for any controversy that arises in relation to the activity will be that of the Republic of Colombia and waive their right to initiate any type of claim in another jurisdiction.
